Relaxation Day
Trust Thamesmead is helping to promote Feel Good Co-Operative, a not-for-profit company who are holding a relaxation day at Thamesmere Leisure Centre in Thamesmere Drive, Thamesmead on Saturday 2 June.
The Feel Good Co-Operative will be offering a range of ½ hour relaxation sessions which include a consultation, treatment and after care advice:
Acupressure
Back and shoulder massage
Colour therapy
Dietary and nutrition advice
Hand and foot massage
Hypnotherapy
Indian head massage
Life coaching
Reflexology
Reiki
Spiritual healing
Stress counselling
And more!
Just £5 for the unemployed/OAPs, £12 for those who are employed and on benefits and £20 for employed people.
The Feel Good Co-Operative will be taking bookings from 12:00noon on the day, with sessions taking place between 12:30-3:30pm.
