A Gateway poll has revealed a surprising statistic into the controversial Gateway Bridge Development. In a continuous poll started in last months issue we asked readers to vote whether they were in favour or against the bridge development. The result revealed opinion is split with the in favour vote just winning with 51% of the votes and the remaining 49% of the votes against.
Public opinion is totally split and wouldn’t be surprised to see the vote swaying to and fro in the months to come.
The bridge will almost certainly bring benefits to the area but at a cost to residents within the immediate area. We want this poll to reflect the view of residents in North Bexley and urge you to have your say by voting.
